Labour Welfare Measures and Its Importance in Industry: An Overview

Abstract

Because of the social issues that have surfaced as a direct consequence of industrialization taking place inside a capitalist environment, the adoption of a welfare strategy has become obligatory. In response to these social issues, several social welfare facilities have been made available to workers in a variety of industrial units for their own benefit. These amenities are intended to help the workers combat the issues.
