Abstract

Dr B.R. Ambedkar's vision for women's empowerment is essential to his social
and political thought. His ideas on women's rights and empowerment were
shaped by his experiences as a Dalit, and he recognised the importance of
women's emancipation for achieving social justice and equality.
This paper exploresAmbedkar's vision for women's empowerment and its insights
and implications for contemporary society. It highlights his views on the status of
women in India, their rights, and the factors that limit their empowerment. The
paper examines the role of education, political participation, and economic
empowerment in enhancing women's status and empowerment
