This research paper aims to investigate the effects of job enrichment on employee performance within the context of the automobile industry, with a specific focus on Allied Nippon Limited. Job enrichment is a critical aspect of employee motivation, as it enhances the quality of work, job satisfaction, and productivity. The research will be conducted using a mixed-method approach, including both qualitative and quantitative methods to provide a comprehensive analysis of the subject matter. The study will also examine the relationship between job enrichment and employee turnover, as well as job satisfaction, and employee engagement. The findings of this study will provide insights into the benefits of job enrichment for employees and employers in the automobile sector, and contribute to the existing literature on human resource management.
