Human rights protection has always been a primary objective of international and national instruments as an obligation towards the whole humanity. Despite of the presence of several instruments for the protection of human rights, these are the worst affected and violated rights by different stakeholders. In present time, the most talked about human rights violators are corporate houses who are running various kinds of business activities. The situation is more grave because in the present era of privatization and globalization, these corporate houses are the largest employers around the world and they not only cover their employees but also the consumers
