STUDY OF WORK LIFE BALANCE OF PRINT MEDIA EMPLOYEES
Abstract
Employees will be able to meet their specific requirements thanks to the benefits they obtain for their hard work. Individuals' learning and earning should establish a balance between their personal and professional lives. The paid and unpaid activities in a person's life demonstrate the Work-Life balance. In any industry, the notion of work-life balance has become the norm. As such, it is also necessary in the field of journalism. The purpose of this research is to better understand the work-life balance of employees in the print media industry in the NCR area. The researcher analyzes the numerous statements/constructs based on the replies supplied by the respondents in order to understand the Work-Life Balance of Employees. Based on a literature analysis and discussions with employees, the researcher developed some statements to better understand the work-life balance of employees, which are organized into ten categories.
