Review of remembering, repeating and functioning of culture through Indian folk music: Revisiting of the Folk Philosophy
Abstract
Each part of India has its distinct style of traditional music. Folk music is a vital part of folk culture because it allows individuals to express themselves in a language they already understand. Culture's significance resides not just in fostering individual and collective expression and inquiry but also in fostering originality as a source of societal power. India's unity reflects the country's many different cultures, languages, and religious practices. Human closeness is supported, in part, by cultural norms that serve as a kind of prerequisite.
