Abstract

In this paper the evaluation of improved mechanical properties of composite material Al6063 after combination of fly ash, graphite and silicon were examined as composite material. With the reason of purity content of Al6063 alloy around 91% silicon at 4% kept stationary for fabricated different four specimens. Remaining content were 1.5% to 3.5% used in all specimen in incremental process. The examination of properties revised as4% to 1% in decreasing method of composition. The primary focus related to %age of elongation, hardness, tensile strength and yield strength. The achieved outcome result based on improvements in mechanical properties of Al6063. There are many methods of stir processing by casting used to preparation and fabrication of different samples of metal matrix. The different amount in weight used as composite materials for examination of improved characteristics.
