ATTRACTING CAPITAL TO COMPANIES THROUGH CORPORATE BONDS

Abstract

This article studies the theoretical aspects of corporate securities and operations of corporate securities. It learns the point of views of different researchers on corporate securities. Furthermore, the real state of corporate securities operations in Uzbekistan are analyzed. The article highlights the economic importance of attracting financial resources from national and international financial markets and increasing capital by joint stock companies operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Relevant conclusions are given based on researches.
