Abstract

Human performance in any institution works as a key ingredient forthe finalsuccess of the organization. Especiallywithin theteaching industry, the success of any institution highly depends on the teachers. Themore practicalthe teaching,the higherthe outputs. A teachers performance is reflected by their knowledge, skills, behaviours, and values.Teachers who add value to the institution are the assets ofthe educational institution.It is observed that teacher’s experience and expertise increase over a period of time and academicinstitutions can get wonderful results by retaining such employees.
